Legends Brackets

Host terms

Last updated October 18, 2026. This page is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

These terms apply when you host an event on Legends Brackets. The site terms and the refund policy also apply. The Discord bot has its own terms.

Your event

You set an accurate listing and you own the event you create. Legends Brackets may hide or remove an event, and may suspend a host, when a listing is false or these terms are broken.

Payments, refunds, and prizes

A paid seat shows the dollar price before you join. The host turns on the rails for that event: DOGE, USDC on Solana, or XMoney, in any mix. You send the payment yourself. The site does not auto-charge a wallet.

DOGE goes to the treasury address the host set. If the host leaves that address blank, the event uses the platform’s built-in DOGE address, so Legends Brackets can receive that entry. USDC on Solana goes to the host’s Solana address when one is set. If the host turns USDC on and does not set one, it uses the platform’s built-in Solana address. XMoney is paid to the host’s X handle.

A pot split the host posts, including a house share, stays with that event. It is not a separate charge by Legends Brackets.

Legends Brackets bills hosts through Stripe. Free hosting bills 5% of paid entry fees. The Host plan is $29 a month and waives that percentage. Charity events are not billed. Stripe bills the host. It does not charge the player’s wallet.

A player who withdraws before check-in closes is owed a full refund. There is no refund once round 1 starts. If the host cancels the event, the entry is refunded in full.

The site does not reverse a crypto payment and it does not refund automatically. A refund is a new payment from whoever received the entry. When the host set their own address, the host sends the refund and pays the listed prizes. When the event used the platform’s built-in address, Legends Brackets received that entry and the refund comes from the platform.

Ask the host before you send. If a dispute is not settled with the host, contact Legends Brackets on X at @KushMetaX. Include the event link and your handle.

Pay the prizes you list, on the schedule you post. A verified host commits to paying listed prizes within 7 days. Whether that 7-day clock applies to every host is still open.

Do not run a paid event where chance decides the prizes.

Rules you follow

Follow the publisher’s community-tournament rules for the game you run, and the contest and tax laws where the event is held. That includes Canadian skill-contest rules when the event is in Canada.

Paid entry, and events with crypto or cash prizes, are 18+. Free events are 13+. Do not seat a player who does not meet that rule.

An in-person event should list the venue or store name and address. Use a public venue, never a home address. A verified host must list it.

Verified hosts

What the badge means

Vetted by Legends Brackets. Hosts are still responsible for refunds and prizes.

How to qualify

Fast-track

Doginal Dogs community leaders known to Legends Brackets may be fast-tracked. Fast-track still needs the host terms, a contact method, and payouts when the host runs paid events.

Keeping the badge

How to apply

Use Verified host in the tournament app, or DM @KushMetaX on X.
