Privacy
Last updated October 18, 2026. This page is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.
This policy covers legendsbrackets.com. The Discord bot has its own privacy policy. Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, is the general context. This page is not a filing under that law.
What the site stores
- Discord user id, username, and avatar, when you sign in. Discord’s identify scope provides them. The site does not receive your Discord password.
- Your email address, when Discord returns a verified email or a host requires one for that event.
- The bracket handle you set.
- An HttpOnly signed session cookie named km_sid, so the site knows it is you.
- Tournament records: the events you enter, seats, scores, deck lists the host asked for, and public results.
- The wallet address you say you will send from, and a transaction note, when a seat is paid in DOGE or USDC on Solana. The pay-to address for that event is stored with the event.
- Arena chat messages, and prediction or vote picks when the host turns those on.
- Host billing references held by Stripe: a customer reference and subscription status for the host. Player wallets are not billed there.
- A verified-host application, visible to the operator only: public account URL, contact method, whether you run paid or in-person events, venue name and address, public wallet or payout proof, optional links, a vouch, review notes, and an audit log of the decision. Public pages receive only whether the host is verified and the date.
- Server logs of requests, kept by the host that runs the site.
- In your browser: tips, chat and stream panel state, a sound preference that stays off unless you turn it on, an invoice code for a seat you joined, and an admin password if you type one into this browser. Those stay in localStorage or sessionStorage on your device.
Why
The site uses this information to sign you in, seat you, run the bracket, show public results, bill hosts, and review host applications. It is not sold.
Who else handles it
Discord handles sign-in and any matchup post a host sends. Stripe handles host billing. The company that hosts this site stores the files and the database. A crypto payment is public on that chain. Hosts can see the roster and payment status of events they run.
How long, and your choices
Account and event records stay while the account and those events exist. You can ask for access or deletion on X at @KushMetaX. Include the Discord account and the bracket handle. There is no self-serve delete button. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Refusing Discord sign-in means a host may still add a name with no Discord link.
Under 13
Legends Brackets does not offer accounts to anyone under 13.
